The Brunello di Montalcino Wine Consortium took part in the presentation of Vinitaly USA 2026, promoted by Veronafiere aboard the Amerigo Vespucci training ship, docked in the Port of New York, as part of the North America 2026 Campaign dedicated to promoting Made in Italy.
The event marked a special occasion, with Brunello di Montalcino serving as the sole representative of Italy’s red wine denominations, further confirming the denomination’s leading role within both the Italian and International wine landscape.
Being aboard the Amerigo Vespucci, a symbol of Italy around the world, provided an important opportunity to showcase the territory of Montalcino to an international audience of trade professionals, institutional representatives and members of the press.
